Salary and Bonus
System

Salary Increase

Salary reviews are conducted annually, once per year. The salary review period starts at the beginning of the year. The salary increase rate is based on the employee’s performance in the previous year.

Quarterly Bonus

Based on quarterly KPI evaluation results, the company rewards individuals and teams with outstanding performance. In addition, the Group recognizes and honors high-performing individuals and teams during each evaluation period.

Annual Bonus

Dat Xanh consistently ranks among the leading companies in the industry in terms of year-end bonuses. From 2014 to 2016, each employee received year-end bonuses ranging from 3 to 8 months’ salary, in accordance with company regulations.

ESOP Bonus

For the Group’s management levels as stipulated annually, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is implemented based on seniority, position levels, and work performance. This is a high-value reward that enables employees to accumulate long-term assets and confidently contribute to the Group’s sustainable development.

Overachievement Bonus

Each year, the executive management team is entitled to an additional bonus for exceeding profit targets, based on the ratio approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. This serves as a recognition of the dedication and efforts of Dat Xanh’s management team in governance and in delivering performance beyond shareholders’ expectations.
