Ông Trần Thanh Tân sinh năm 1989, giữ chức vụ Thành viên HĐQT độc lập kiêm Chủ tịch Ủy ban kiểm toán DXS kể từ tháng 5/2021. Ông có hơn 9 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đầu tư, tài chính, chứng khoán và giữ những chức vụ cao trong các công ty lĩnh vực chứng khoản.
Ông Hà Đức Hiếu là Thạc sĩ ngành Tài chính ngân hàng, có gần 18 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính, chứng khoán.
